Precisely aligns handlebar to the front wheel with laser beam.
Press-and-check helps mechanics and professional riders to tell if the stem needs proper alignment immediately.
The recesses and Velcro secure the tool mounted on both stem and handlebar until the stem has been aligned.
Fits round handlebars with a diameter under Ø40 mm & stems longer than 70 mm.
